Principal

Mr. Barreto has over 16 years experience sourcing, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investments, including equity, debt and structured finance transactions valued in excess of $3.8 billion, focusing primarily on office, multi-family, retail and hospitality assets located in urban markets across the United States.

Prior to co-founding Corinthian Capital, Mr. Barreto was most recently a Director of Credit at Thorofare Capital, an SEC-registered multi-strategy debt fund based in Los Angeles. Prior to Thorofare, Mr. Barreto was a Vice President at Fifteen Group Capital, LLC, an opportunistic real estate investment firm based in Miami, FL.

Prior to Fifteen Group, Mr. Barreto was an acquisitions officer at Jamestown Properties, a multi-national private equity firm with offices in Atlanta, New York, Europe and Latin America. Mr.Barreto began his career working in commercial real estate investment banking at Holliday, Fenoglio, & Fowler (now JLL).

Mr. Barreto graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006 with a B.S. in Economics, a B.S. in Architecture, and an undergraduate certificate in Urban Development. In 2011, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Mr. Miller has over a decade experience sourcing, valuing, closing, and managing commercial real estate investments across major product types and various capital structures. Uniquely, his commercial investment activity spans across both public and private markets and a data-driven, research-based approach are core to his investment strategy. In the last 10 years, Mr. Miller has closed over 20 transactions valued in excess of $3.0 billion.

Prior to co-founding Corinthian Capital, Mr. Miller most recently co-founded and led a data-driven real estate analytics company called Fulkrum, which created and monetized proprietary sourcing tools used to identify high-probability capital events in the multifamily sector. Prior to Fulkrum, Mr. Miller was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Jamestown Properties, a diversified institutional real estate private equity firm where he predominately focused on office, retail, and multifamily investment opportunities throughout the Northeast. Mr. Miller began his career as a multi-family REIT analyst at Zelman & Associates, a boutique financial services firm.

Mr. Miller graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 2014, he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
